Customer Service in Belize

To continue to offer valuable and flexible solutions for our partners, we stood up our first international facility in Belize. We acquired a leadership team that had been working together for over 10 years. 

Since starting our Belize team in 2021, we have grown quickly where we now service over a 35 partners in two locations with room to grow.

We believe we can make a difference not only in the lives of our employees and their families, but also in the country. We’re partnering closely with the government to be the first official employer to hire people with disabilities.

We are building teams and centers for U.S. based clients from the ground up establishing values and culture to recruit and retain key team members who help drive long‐term, incredible customer experience for companies. We have proven this model works stateside and are proving that we can do it globally. Our goal has been to be the best contact center in Belize, where we can attract and retain the best talent in the area and develop them into an amazing team.

We set our eyes on Belize to continue delivering on both of our missions: happy team members, happy clients. We believe we can make a difference not only in the lives of our employees and their families, but also in the country. We’re partnering closely with the government to be the first official employer to hire people with disabilities. We’re also covering the cost of internet or travel for our team members to reduce financial burden and to ensure consistent coverage. We’re getting creative in ways that we can enrich the lives and culture of Belize.

About Belize

Belize is a small Central American country a mere two hours from Dallas and Atlanta Metro Airports.

  • Truly an English as First Language (EFL) country, with mild dialectic accents. 60% of Belizeans are bi-lingual, typically with Spanish as second language.
  • Belizeans watch US television, follow US politics, are huge US sports fans and understand the US culture intimately though
    their environment is quite different than the US.
  • The people are servants at heart. We have always believed that to do great customer support you must have a heart of to serve first… all else can be taught. Belizeans have a history and story that is born out of service to one another and it shows in their work ethic.
